ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

MARCH 21, 2007

4:00 P.M.   Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula Keefe, Ellen Abelson,

                    Richard Gorden and Mark Mazur.

1. The Board gave their approval for the minutes to their

03/15/07 meeting.

2. The Board reviewed material related to the denials of

Dr. Cohen’s CPA exemptions.

4:20 P.M.   The Board met with Dr.Cohen regarding the denials of

                    his CPA exemptions for the fiscal years 2006  and 2007.

 5.30 P.M.    The meeting with Dr. Cohen ended.

3. The Board granted CPA exemptions for fiscal year 2006 &

2007 to Dr. Cohen.

      4.  The Board directed the Administrative Assessor to write a letter of

              apology to Dr. Cohen.

      5.  The Board completed the 2006 performance evaluation for the

           Administrative Assessor.

6. The Board discussed the fiscal year 2008 salary of the Administrative

Assessor.  They agreed to think about it further and reach a decision by next week.

7. The Board signed a letter transferring two appeals from the informal

to formal process at the Appellate Tax Board.
